Martin Hiller joined our team. He graduated from the Technical University Dresden where he also obtained the degree Dr. rer. nat. including academic distinctions for scientific teamwork such as in semiconductor physics by means of optical spectroscopy. As a process engineer for electron beam lithography he worked in advanced mask technology and many more related fields in Germany and abroad.
